An adequate level of protection of personal data is ensured as a binding act of the European Union establishes its conformity decision[2] The level of protection of your personal data is equivalent to the level of protection provided in the EU and the third country provides an adequate level of protection.

 

Legal basis for data controlling:

Your voluntary consent according Act CXII of 2011 on information self-determination and freedom of information 5§ (1) paragraph point a); legitimate interests of Data Controller according Act CXII of 2011on information self-determination and freedom of information 6.§ (5) – (6) and Article 6 paragraph (1) of the GDPR.

 

Duration of data controlling

The duration of the controlling of personal data generated in connection with the service generally extends to the duration of the legal relationship with you, at which time your data relating to you and data given by you will be deleted or anonymised for statistical purposes.

The primary purpose of our data management is to provide the service in an efficient, secure and personalized way.

By accessing the Website of UNITEF'83 Zrt. or by using the services (contacting, submitting applying for a job, using an FTP server, etc.) you have consented to use your personal information for the following purposes:

Information on data handling - cookie – data portability:

UNITEF'83 Zrt. treats your personal information with the principle of fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data saving, limited storage, integrity and confidentiality.

Your personal data may only be recognized by authorized employees of the Data Controller / Data Processor who, when handling personal data, always act in accordance with applicable and related Hungarian legislation. The data controller / data processor manages the data provided by you voluntarily during the use of the service in a single database and uses the data saving principle.

Some data and IP addresses of the service user's computers are logged to generate website attendance data for detecting possible errors and attack attempts. The IP addresses of the users are not tied to any other data by the Data Controller / Data Processor that identifies the user's identity. 

The web site operated by the external body entrusted by the UNITEF-83 may contain references to external servers and external servers for web analytical measurements. The webanalist service provider does not handle personal data, it only handles data related to browsing, which is not suitable for identifying individual individuals. When using some parts of the service, the Data Controller / Data Processor installs small data files (cookies) that contain data that are not directly related to you, to make a record of your computer, facilitate your further visits, increase the efficiency of the service, deliver targeted advertising or other targeted content for market research purposes. Depending on your browser, but you can typically set the Cookies to be blocked by Settings / Privacy. However, when cookies are disabled, some pages or features may not work properly (weeks).

You are entitled to receive personal data provided to the Data Controller in a widely-used machine-readable format and, where technically possible, to transfer them directly between data controllers if your personal data is either a consent or a contract, data management is done automated (Data Portability).

 

 

Data Security – Personal Data Breach

The Data Controller and the Data Processor – in the scope of its services - ensures the security of your data, takes the technical and organizational measures and establishes the procedural rules necessary to enforce the data protection rules. The data is specifically protected against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or deletion, damage or destruction.

 

By using this service, you and the operator establish a connection with the communication tool, providing information on an open network (internet). This requires operator compliance with enhanced inspection and safety requirements. Accordingly, it seeks to ensure that its service is technically safe and, to this end, takes security measures that conform to industry standards (eg firewalls, use of encryption protocols, etc.).

 

An important task of UNITEF'83 Zrt. is the proper handling of personal data breaches. UNITEF-83 Zrt. hall notify the Data Protection Authority immediately or within 72 hours of the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access to personal data, unless the incident is unlikely to pose a risk.

We inform you that the court, the prosecutor's office and the investigating authority may contact the data controller for information, communication, transmission or filing of documents.

Remedy

If, despite your protest, you experience the violation of your legal rights regarding your personal information, you may take the following remedies:

• Ask for information about handling your personal information and request the correction of your personal information.

• Upon request, we provide information about the data processed by us or the processor we are responsible for, the purpose, legal basis, duration of the data processing, the data processor's name, address (head office) and data management related activities and who and for whom and for what purpose they get the data. In the shortest possible time, but not later than 30 days after the submission of the application, we provide the information in writing and in a clear form.

• Your personal data will be deleted if your handling is unlawful if you request that the purpose of data processing be discontinued or the statutory deadline for storing the data expired is ordered by the court or the Data Protection Commissioner.

• We will notify you about correction and deletion, and will notify you of those who previously received your data for data processing. Notification may be omitted if it does not prejudice the legitimate interest of the data concerned for the purpose of data handling.

• You may object to the handling of your personal information if:

• the processing of personal data is only necessary for the enforcement of the right or legitimate interest of the data controller or the data recipient, unless data management is prescribed by law;

• the use or transmission of personal data is done for direct business acquisition, polling or scientific research;

• the exercise of the right of protest is otherwise permitted by law.

UNITEF'83 Zrt. as a Data Controller - simultaneously suspending the processing of data - will review the protest within the shortest possible time but not later than 15 days from the submission of the application and will inform you in writing. If the protest is justifiable, we will discontinue data processing, including further data collection and data transfer, and lock the data, and notify on the protest or action taken any person who has previously been transferred the personal data affected by the protest and who are obliged to take action in order to enforce the right to protest.

Please note that we will not be able to delete your data if the data processing has been ordered by law. However, the data can not be transmitted to the data recipient if the Data  Controller agrees with the protest, and the court has found the protest rightful.

If you do not agree with the decision made, you can apply to the court within 30 days of the date of its communication.

In case of violation of your rights, you may initiate court proceedings at the court of your residence. The court proceeds out of turn.

 

In addition to the above, you may initiate an investigation with a notification at the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information on the grounds that there has been a violation of law in connection with the handling of your personal data or there is a direct danger of:

Definitions:

Personal data: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

Special data: personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership,  data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation and criminal personal data

Consent: a voluntary and definitive statement of the wishes of the person concerned, based on appropriate information and with which he or she gives his / her unambiguous consent to the full or specific handling of personal data relating to him / her.

Prohibited list: List of names and addresses of those who did not contribute to using their personal information for one of the purposes specified in the ’Act CXIX of 1995 on the management of name and address data for research and direct business purposes’, or forbid further treatment for that purpose.

Controller means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; .

Controlling of data: regardless of the method used, any operation of the data or all the operations, such as collecting, capturing, recording, systematizing, storing, modifying, utilizing, transmitting, publishing, aligning, linking, blocking, deleting and destroying data, to prevent further use. Data processing is also used to capture photographs, sound or images, as well as recording physical attributes (such as finger or palm prints, DNA samples, iris images) that can identify a person.

Transfer of personal data: if the data is made available to a specific third party.

Disclosure: if the data is made available to anyone

Personal data breach: means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed

Data portability: consent to the transfer of personal data to another data controller

Data encryption: To make the transmission, recognition, disclosure, transformation, modification, destruction, deletion, interconnection, or harmonization and use of the data permanently or for a specified period of time impossibleData wiping: making data unrecognizable so that recovery is no longer possible.

Data destruction: complete physical destruction of data or media containing it.

Data processing: perform technical tasks related to data management operations, regardless of the method and device used to perform the operations, and the location of the application.

Processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller

Third party means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data;

Third country: Any country which is not a member of the European Economic Area.
